Hey guys im new to cibc just 2-3 months now. I got the card because costco had the offer bonus of the executive membership being 50% off so i got it. I then only realized that this bank sucks? The balances take forever to load, the app is absolutely terrible, and when i make a payment to the bank it takes atleast 2 weeks to post? Is this just me or anyone else has had the same experience? I have rbc td and tangerine and much better. I think im just going to close this card after the year is done.
