Help with balance issue
Hi everyone,
I have an issue with my PayPal balance. I had a negative balance of £42.50 which didn’t get taken from my bank straight away due to lack of funds. Last week I have enough money paid into my account so I could pay it off. I put £50 on it to cover my negative balance. It got paid off and my balance showed a positive £7.50, case closed right? Well not quite as going onto my bank app it shows that a payment of £42.50 was made automatically upon the money arriving in my bank. So in theory I should have a balance of £50. Both payments have gone through on my banks end but they have not both appeared on my PayPal balance. It’s been almost a week and I’m worried that I’ve lost my money. And I don’t know how to resolve it.
