So I am going onto my 4th frozen embryo transfer (8th cycle in a year now)

I have PCOS and irregular periods and at one stage I didn't get a period for a whole year.

Normally when I start the transfer cycle, I have been given provera to bring on a bleed (which did bring a period on on the previous cycles)

This time I used provera and no period came after I stopped my dose. The IVF clinic has advised that because my bloods are at baseline I can start my meds for this transfer cycle now as I don't need to have a period and no bleed just means there's no lining to shed.

Has anyone else had a transfer with no period to start the new IVF cycle, and just gone straight to using gonal f and had success with your transfer?

It seems like a lot of people are sick of him but I am curious to see people's thoughts

I am starting my 8th cycle (4th transfer) as the previous didn't work. I have clexane added to my meds and I've never used it before. The bruising look so scary and I've heard it's very painful. Any tips to avoid pain and bruising?

I need motivation to lose weight (I don't want to use any GLP1s - nothing against people who do) I hate the way I look and feel. I'm in my mid to late 30s now and it's hard to keep weight off. I lost like 3 kg and then gained it back while on holiday.

I already take 2000mg of metformin and insulin due to T2D from PCOS everynight.

My PCOS is basically ALL of the symptoms...

I really need to lose weight but I am always tired. I am always telling myself that I will do it and then the day comes and I don't. It's even worse now because I am getting hardly ANY steps at all throughout the day and older.

Any advice/tips are welcomed, thanks.
