It’s my first year at the DOE. Can someone explain to me car days? I know there’s sick days and personal days but I’m still confused. As of today it’s been 8 months of work and I took 4 days off (1 day per month in the past 4 months) and so that leaves me currently with 4 CAR days and I know I’ll accumulate another day this may and june. just confused how much I can use for sick days and how much is meant for personal. School is ending June 27 and I kinda want to take another day off or too I’m so burnt out.
