Any recommendations for a photographer for family pictures next week?

We are doing our first beach family vacation here. Our kids are 8,9 and 13. Might be a dumb question, but do people let there kids go into the water without lifejackets or should they be worn at all times? Any other advice that anyone has would be appreciated!
