In the short time I’ve owned our 26 Solterra - 1 month / 700 miles / 1 persistent EV Charging error that requires a part on back order for 8 weeks - I’ve also learned to not expect much from the app. Last night I set up a schedule for preconditioning set to 7 am. Wife went out at 7:10 to a 40 degree car. Nothing happened. No notifications that the schedule worked or did not. Note: we only have 1 bar of ATT wireless service here. Also the car was not plugged in overnight if that makes a difference. Oh, when we realized it wasn’t on, I tried using the app to restart. That also didn’t work but at least thru an error: 2026 Solterra: We were unable to complete
Remote Engine Start request as the processing was interrupted. [D9]

Any ideas what’s going on here?

New 26 owner. When we exit, we shut off car and then once outside we hit the lock on fob and hear the beeps. But when I check the app it almost always says doors and hatch unlocked and I can then lock via remote access. Is this a buggy app or am I doing something wrong locking the door??
