Anyone have any tips dealing with Google Support. Bought my phone from the google store (big mistake) it was meant to be delivered at the start of the week. Its currently sitting saying "ready to be delivered" and has been for the last several days. Google support is terrible, Indian call centres that tell me my case has been escalated etc etc. I'm considering trying to cancel my order and order through amazon instead but fear the cancelling might also be a long drawn process and would like my phone asap. Anyone have any advice?
