I've been in concrete for 5 years, worked my way up from laborer to foreman, interested in joining the Union here in NB canada, I have 10000 hours of concrete under my belt,

Anyone know what the union is like? Is it worth the trouble, I'm interested because of the mactaquac damn project approaching soon.

And want to work towards a retirement and stable wages/work
