I’m visiting De Pere and want to take my tripod dog to swim off leash in Lake Michigan. She’s well behaved, 12 years old and a happy girl.

I’m seeing Neshotah Park allows LEASHED dogs 6 am-10 am. How busy is it at 6:30 AM and could I let her off leash without it being a big deal if she listens to me?

I believe Mariners Trail next door may allow off leash, but her walking is limited with three legs, so I’m hoping to park and be at the beach, which makes Neshotah a top pick.
