In my interpretation it seeks to give people Spider-Man powers so they can build an anarcho-communist society.

A form of anarcho-totalitarianism that posits the existence of a secret world government, the Illuminati, that upholds anarchy. That is, absolute power to maintain absolute freedom.

Anpes believes that a free society is possible, but that people will make it worse anyway. Often spends time with Anarcho-Nihilism.

They all advocate the existence of a stateless society and a symbolic monarch who has no real power over their subjects and plays the role of a cultural symbol. A brief overview of their beliefs:

1. NatAnMon: the most non-anarchist of the anarchists. It believes that each ethno-community in a confederation should have its own monarch, or that the confederation should have a single symbolic monarch.
2. AnMonPrim: it believes that the title of chieftain in a hunter-gatherer tribe should be hereditary.
3. AnMonCap: the second most non-anarchist of the anarchists. It believes that Ancapistan should have its own monarch, who will negotiate deals with its subjects. Quite close to Hoppeanism, although AnMonCap is not as conservative.
4. AnMonPac: it believes that a monarch is acceptable only if they advocate world peace, not war, and are a symbol of peace in anarchy.
5. MonMut: It believes that a symbolic monarch can mutually trade with their subjects through labor notes, for which the monarch will have to work just like their subjects.
6. EgoMon: It believes that every Ego should have the right to call itself a monarch and that this title is not necessarily a "spook" if the Ego likes it.
7. AnMonCom: It believes that a symbolic monarch who has no influence over anything is not inconsistent with a communist society where there is no money or social classes.
8. EcoAnMon: It believes that a symbolic monarch can help their subjects protect the environment in anarchy.
9. QueerAnMon: It believes that both the monarch and their subjects can be of any orientation, gender identity, and expression.

Suggest other crazy combinations and I'll turn them into meaningful ideologies if they get enough upvotes.

As far as I understand, Capcom is simply capitalism that has become so automated that it no longer needs a market and has itself become communism, while Comcap is what Jreg described in his video, where communists take money from capitalists every year and redistribute it so that all capitalists are equal.
