Is it normal for this amount of hair to fall out when brushing?
I'm a man, almost 21 years old, and my dilemma is that I'm constantly stressed—studies, life stuff, you know—and part of my stress/paranoia is feeling like my hair is falling out. Is this amount normal? What do you think, and what are your tips for strengthening short/medium-length hair?
