Hello everyone, I (25M) was recently diagnosed with Afib after having an episode at work. Lifestyle wasn’t great beforehand, using lots of snus (nicotine pouches), poor sleep, dehydration and stress. Just concerned as it’s lasted more than 7 days as this is my first episode (symptomatic) and I’m waiting for an echocardiogram and cardio version. How did everyone’s Afib behave after cardio version? I’m just worried it’ll come back and I’m scared tbh. I know I’ll need to managed my trigger going forwards, it’s just surprised me that it’s happened :(
