I have an account with SuitsMe

i have a standing order set up for the 1st of every month.

I have just checked and the bank has sent the payment today (14th May) just as some money has come into my account

is there anything I can do as I need that money that has been sent. Does anyone know why the bank would do this?

They aren’t great as a bank, they only have customer services open 9-5 Monday to Friday
