BPC + TB Journey Start

So I'm starting the Pep research and just wanted clarification on dosage & frequency.

33 Male with knee meniscus and cartilage damage, looking to target some of those daily pains and discomforts. As stated I'm jumping into the BPC-157 & TB-500 blend, probably go for an 8 week cycle then assess.

Just wanted some clarification on dosage and frequency. Some sources say 500-2,000mcg for this sort of injury, 1-2 times a day for 6-12 weeks. This being my first injection should I also start with a lower dose over the first 1-2 weeks? Also trying to guage how much BAC water?

Additionally if anyone else has got these sort of injuries and treatments how they also incorporated physical exercise/recovery into their regime?

Context:

Feb 2024 I busted my meniscus and ACL, June 2024 I got standard surgery for the ACL and a cleanup of the meniscus. After 12-18 months of rehab I was not 100% but functional enough to return to sport (there was scar tissue build up but fixable with a cleanout).

Jan 2025 I took a hit and blew out some cartilage which resulted in microfracture surgery and the knee has not returned to a point where i am confident to return to sport, and still experience pain/discomfort.

Feb 2026 last ditch effort of a Hyaluronic Acid Injection (Cingal) from the surgeon. Now 6 weeks in and I feel like im back to where I was post injection with muscle/structural weakness, pains and discomfort

Enquiry:

More than once I've been pointed into the direction of BPC-157 & TB-500 (wolverine) by non-medical professionals. Does anyone have any similar situations and could guide me on the process through peptides i.e. supply/dosages/treatment longevity etc.

33 Male, Brisbane,AUS based for reference.
