Desktop apps are basically unusable

So I know there have been posts about issues on Windows 11 and 3.30+ with extreme lag, glitches, etc. and people say to go to 3.29 and delete X file and Y folders but its not making any difference. I am having issues on both Mac with a M5 macbook pro and my windows desktop. Extremely high CPU usage, memory leaks till its using it all and steady disk IO on both. I just recently moved to Spark on iOS and it's a fantastic app there now that I got used to using it. However now only to find out either desktop app, spark classic on mac included are just basically trash and unusable.

Has anyone found a solution?

Do you think this will buff out?

All jokes aside are 2020 model 3 just shy of 90,000 miles served its purpose and did its job but is definitely totaled by an inattentive driver that failed to yield leaving their driveway. The driver of the model 3 walked away with nothing more than some marks from the seatbelt and airbags. Every airbag deployed except for the passenger side dash airbag. Car was leaking some sort of oil probably from the front drive unit.
