I am a Macos user with and M4 MB Pro and i am using the v2 spark mail since 2020. Its working pretty good, smooth and had almost 0 problems.

I ve downloaded the newly v3 spark desktop version on my macbook and its not even starting. i cant really click on anything, its not loading the emails, it crashes unexpectedly -during freeze-, quits and also the temperature on my mac normaly is at 45-50 celcius but when opening spark desktop it goes up to 85.

Dear spark team, your change from a native macos app to an Electorn chromium approach, just not to pay more devs, seems to become an end life of your product.

P.S: Dont ask for diagnostics/logs, i cant click on anything when launched. Just try it on an M4 pro and you will find out the issues

The version is 3.30.0.139699. I'm unable to click on anything. anyone got the same issue? Where can I find a downgrade version to fix this please?

Since the last update, I cannot log into my university email account anymore. The university login page is telling me that Spark needs admin approval. This was not needed before. Previous versions worked flawlessly. Anyone experiencing the same issue?

There are so many amazing positives to Spark. Customizable shortcuts, great looking UI, unique features I love like set aside and priority threads, IMAP, customer support, color coded inboxes etc.

But I don’t know if I can keep using it. It’s too buggy. Too many issues that I can’t count on it to be consistent. Tool tips not disappearing, copy and paste issues, calendar sync issues, external windows in composition view breaking, formatting in composition view, shortcuts not working for no explainable reason…basic functionality.

I tried Superhuman and loved it but I can’t use all my email accounts with it which is what attracted me to Spark in the first place. I’m going to move to Apple Mail for a while and see what that’s like.

Hi everyone, Im using several email accounts including Outlook, but I can't add it properly in any email client. When I click Reauthorize and Trust, the error comes back after a few seconds. I've tried app passwords and toggling 2FA, but nothing works. I think the issue is on Outlook's side. Has anyone else had this problem?

during the most recent update on windows 10, windows defender interrupted the install with two alerts about suspicious files in directories related to Spark

I approved them, so I can't access the notification again, but at least one of them mentioned crypto

this is the first unexpected alert from defender I've seen on this machine, and I've encountered nothing similar while using or installing any other apps recently
