AITA for leaving my love to become a pirate, then coming back years later to steal her back from a prince
I (M) was in love with this girl, B (F). I left to make money so we could live together.
A few years later, I came back secretly as a masked man. Turns out B got kidnapped, so I fought a giant, a Spaniard who refers to himself in the third person, and a short Sicilian who kidnaped B to start a war. I eventually got to her, but she shoved me down a hill because she thought I was making fun of her dead boyfriend (me).
She then got taken by a red-flag prince to be married, so after I died and got revived by the giant and the Spaniard, we crashed the wedding. The Spaniard killed the prince’s friend because he killed his father. I threatened the prince with suffering, kidnapped B back.
Am I the asshole?
