I’m looking for recipes or tips to making a fantastic pasta sauce. When I’m looking around for a recipe, I’m looking for something that will give me that homemade, soul food experience. Do you guys have any “first and only choice” recipes for pasta sauce? I’m thinking of making two, both using heavy cream because I love a good creamy sauce (pause). One sauce will be tomato, and the other will be more of a cheesy blend with a breadcrumb topping once it’s dished up. What are your thoughts, and what ingredients do you like to use specifically (whether they’re considered normal or not)?
