Im a reapplicant and was wondering which schools I should apply too since im at bit lost atm I only applied to 1 school last year due to circumstances and still currently on the waitlist

Currently going to shadow a DO nephrologist soon
Science and overall gpa 3.5 ~ 3.6
Mcat 494 (I know it's low and currently not retaking soon)
Currently in college for a 2nd degree for bachelor's of science of Nursing
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
Just wondering if there has been any movement at all, It feels eternal this cycle
I was wondering if it would be wise to send an update letter to my first choice school, I have done an addition 120 hours of hospital work and got to shadow some doctors in this time in cath labs as a nurse due to a nursing program I got accepted into while waiting for results. im not sure if I should this late into the cycle or if it looks bad since I applied to a different program while waiting. Ive been waitlisted since january and was hoping to see if this would look good or not now that movement started
