Can't connect to wifi

Just dusted out my pc and accidentally dropped it by like and inch or two max and now it is not responding to the MSI Wi-Fi antenna. It will not show any other network adapters besides the two in the pic even tho when I first installed it, it had a third option I could use which allowed me to not need ethernet cable(which I don't have).

FYI just had to reinstall windows 11 and wiped all data off my pc for a whole separate issue and not sure if it could be that rather than the small drop that caused this.

My question is would this be a hardware or software problem? If hardware is there any good repair shops in either NJ or Pennsylvania and if it's software does anyone know how to fix it.

Help

Sorry that this doesn't look good and also did not know what tag this was meant to be under.
The video doesn't show but I did try all options but the command prompt and changing things on the configuration screen or whatever it's called that starts at 1:28. The pc is still fairly new got it in Nov or dec last year 2025 and I have zero knowledge on pcs so I don't know what caused this as I was just watching youtube when it happened.
