Custom going 2nd card. Sorta a Zues/Typhon style of card.
It is a bit wordy but I wanted to make sure you couldn't just reuse a negate you've already spent for the turn. LMK what is good/bad about this design.
Also the art is just grabbed off a google search, idk of its origins.

Once per turn, You can also xyz Summon this card using 1 Monster on either field whose effect has been activated this turn in response to one of your Cards or effects, but if you use a card you control, this cards effects cannot be activated this turn. This cards ATK/DEF are equal to the total of combined ATK/DEF of its xyz material(s). When your opponent activates a card or effect (Quick Effect): You can detatch 1 xyz material from this card with an effect that activates when a card or effect is activated; This effect becomes the activated effect of the card detatched from this card. You can only use this effect of "World Blockade EC-LIPSE - Sky Render" Once per turn.
