Platform Announcements for shorter platforms

The Kitchener Line has two stations with shorter platforms, including Guelph. There is often an entire train car occupied by young students from a private school who need to get off at Guelph. Because of their age and the number of students, they need extra time to move through the train and position themselves for a safe exit.

Would it be possible to provide announcements earlier in the trip, or display a reminder on the platform where they board? Giving passengers advance notice that Guelph has a shorter platform would allow those needing to exit there to move toward the appropriate cars sooner and make the process safer and more efficient for everyone.

Why does move takes 3 weeks in same building

The residence is in a LTC home that only bell services. It will be close to 3 weeks for bell to find the service in their back office and has refused to send a technician to assist.

Background, my father moved from one room in the ltc to another. The lines already exist. The request was made May 17 and still waiting for it to be completed. Crossing my fingers for June 3. Bell literally could not find the building in thier system. Are they that poorly trained or is their system that complicated.
