First time growing Golden Teacher’s

How do these guys look? They’re pretty small, biggest ones are smaller than my thumb. I’m hoping they continue growing. I keep them very moist and covered the top of the bin mostly with plastic wrap to maintain moisture but let a little air in. Any suggestions?
