just picked up a couple of Costco hanging flower baskets. The flowers are million bells iirc, the baskets seem to be in full bloom, very full. should I prune them back, before they go outside in the next week or so? if so, how much to prune? Light or hard prune?

Where can I get a viable piece of horseradish to plant? I have tried the root from CT, from Superstore garden centre and even tried to plant a piece I bought at Sobets, none grew. Westman would be best, but am often in Wpg
