Gucci, the famous Italian fashion house best known for bags, clothing, and accessories, has launched an unusually luxurious object: a 🏓 table. But this is not just any table to play a game of 🏓 on. It is a true statement for lovers of luxury and design. And naturally, the high-end brand has taken this into account when it comes to the price. After all, the 🏓  table is being offered for a sky-high sum of money.

The prestigious Gucci has spectacularly expanded its lifestyle range with a brand-new 🏓  table. Instead of a simple ping-pong table, this is a specially designed design object.

The table is made of high-quality materials — such as walnut wood — and features the iconic Gucci print that has made the brand world-famous. Every detail exudes luxury, exactly as we have come to expect from the Italian-based fashion house. A more luxurious 🏓  table than Gucci simply does not exist.

However, the Gucci table is not only amazing to look at. After all, you can actually play a game on it. The table comes with four specially designed bats and eight table tennis balls. Everything can be neatly stored in a drawer on the side of the table, making the whole thing both practical and complete.

To enjoy it, however, you need to have very deep pockets. After all, Gucci is currently selling the table for a staggering $85,000. Consequently, only the wealthiest among us can actually place this unique design object in their man cave.

The 🏓 table showcases our artisanal craftsmanship through a walnut wood construction with a contemporary look,” Gucci itself states. “This unique object not only expands our lifestyle offering but also elevates it to a higher level.” The product is therefore clearly intended for people who place great value on exclusivity and style, and who wish to enrich their interior with something special. And yes, a respectable $85,000 must be shelled out for it.

The German company Donic (together with its Donic-Schildkröt division) is one of the top 10 largest table tennis equipment manufacturers in the world, with an estimated market share of approximately 4-7%.

The collaboration between legendary Chinese player Zhang Jike and the German brand Donic has become a major event in the table tennis market. The player, who had terminated previous contracts due to strict commercial restrictions, entered into an agreement with Donic, resulting in the launch of a line of premium equipment.

In collaboration with the world tennis legend, Donic developed and launched a flagship line of table tennis equipment.

Blades (Rackets)

Zhang Jike Original Carbon: A powerful, premium offensive blade, built to the specifications the player himself used at the peak of his career.  It's based on ultra-light Kiri wood, layers of Ayusa, two layers of reinforced carbon, and a hard African Koto outer veneer. For Donic: Attracting a global superstar allowed the German brand to strengthen its position in the premium segment and increase the loyalty of its huge fan base in China and around the world.

For Zhang Jike: Gaining complete control over the creation of the perfect equipment. The athlete was able to transfer his competitive and coaching experience to production.

Friends, today is the day of remembrance of the legendary Polish table tennis player.

Andrzej Stanisław Grubba (14 May 1958 – 21 July 2005) was a Polish table tennis player.

Grubba was born in Brzeźno Wielkie near Starogard Gdański. He was the recipient of numerous medals for the world competition in table tennis as well as for the European competition.

He was one of the best players in this field of sport in Polish history, together with Alojzy Ehrlich. Three times he was awarded bronze medals during the World Competition - in 1989 for single play, in 1985 for team tournament, in 1987 for double play with Leszek Kucharski. Three times Grubba took part in the Olympic Games. In 1988 he won World Cup, in 1985 and 1989 he had 2nd place and in 1987 he was 3rd, in singles. In doubles Cup, with Leszek Kucharski had 3rd place. One of the things Grubba was best known for was his ability to change playing hands mid-rally. He also won two English Open titles.

Grubba was ranked world No. 3 successively for more than two and a half years from mid-1989 to the end of 1991.

Zoran Primorac /ˈzoʊrən ˈpriːməˌræts/ (born 10 May 1969) is a retired Croatian table tennis player. He is a two-time winner of the World Cup and one of only three table tennis players to have competed at seven Olympic Games. His highest ITTF world ranking was number 2, in 1998.

An Olympic silver medalist, two-time men's world champion, seven-time Olympic champion, and six-time World Table Tennis Championship medalist, Zoran Primorac has enjoyed a prolific playing career.

Since 2018, the Croatian has served as the chair of the ITTF Athletes Commission, which represents the voice of the players.
