Danny is a bad person
I’m assuming this might get taken down but I just have to say it.
My girlfriend introduced me to VPR around a year ago and I’ve been loving Bravo ever since. When she introduced me to the valley I thought it would be more of the same.
The behavior from the men in this show is beyond the pale. It is absolutely reprehensible and is an amazing display of the level of misogyny that this country is willing to accept.
I have watched this show in its entirety and am caught up and from a man’s perspective I just have to say. Janet has been right from day one and the hate she gets is fuuuuuuuucking crazy. Danny did sexually assault jasmine and probably multiple other people. Being upset that someone accused you of sexual assault is so insane when you have gone on national tv and taken ownership for behavior that is textbook sexual assault.
Something that I have found very concerning since I started watching bravo is the level with which people on Reddit and everywhere online are willing to rationalize the bad behavior of men on these shows.
People rightly hate on Sandoval and Jax because they are terrible people, but if we are being for real, Danny is one of the most reprehensible human beings I have seen on my TV. The man is vile. The way he speaks to his wife is truly disgusting and he is absolutely abusive.
If Nia wants to rationalize his behavior that is one thing. It is a coping mechanism that is incredibly common in victims of abuse. But the support that I see Danny getting online is truly remarkable, we are all watching this man behave in a way that is terrible week after week. He is a danger to himself and others and it is crazy that so many people online refuse to accept that.
