Regenerative Shielding Mod and similar restorative Mods

Does the Healing of these White Tactical scale with your Stats, your CR or are they fixed, for me it seems like better Gear doesn't have a Effect or just a minimal one.

Did any one tested that out?

Armouries and Tactical Mods

If I would buy a second Armoury and imprint in both of them the same Piece of Gear but with different Tactical Mods, would the Tactical Mod be switched, if I switch to the other Build?

Combat Suture Passive from Flashpoint Batman

Anyone who uses that Ability, do you only get the 10% of your max Health or do you get more of that if you run Artifacts like Circes Mask or Purified Pages of Black which increases incoming Healing?

Generator Mods

I now have the 53.4 Plans and build some of these. For example the 53.4 Precision Mod has 6607 Precision, the 53.0 Mod, what you get dropped has 5216 Precision.

Whats the General Opinion of the Community on these? For me it doesn’t looks like it’s worth gathering the Materials or buying them for that amount of increase, is it intended that Way?

Purified Pages of Black, bugged?

Hello,

I used the opportunity during the current Double XP Week to level up PP.

I use a Weapon Buff with a 12 sec Cooldown, and I have four Shields.

Winter Ward, Hardlight Shield, Reflection and Shattered Restraints.

Weapon Buff gives 5 Sec immunity to Self Damage, Shields allegedly 12 sec.

My Rotation is the following: WB, then 1-2 Sec later Shield, after 12 sec Cooldown Wb again, then Shield …

I use the Cooldown Timer of my WB to know how much immunity I still have from the Shield, but sometimes, not always, before the Cooldown is at Zero, I already get the Damage, which doesn’t makes sense, since I activated the shield after the buff, so I should have 1-2 Sec immunity before getting self damage.

Did someone else noticed that too?
