Open account for my gf free phone unlimited data Amazon prime got the insurance 10 month later she drop phone in water we go in they said oh that phone discontinued the insurance does not cover that model anymore all we can do is give you a ten dollar credit for a new phone .Needless to say gf talk me into staying with them because she didn't want to lose her number she had for years because the guy said the number not transferable to new Carrier even though it was a version number to begin with told them cancel the insurance don't everything go fine for two years they talk me in to adding a second line so I drop my carrier two weeks in on the second line I start getting 30 to 50 spam calls a day block them but they just keep coming different # every time I use my phone for work so I drop the second line go back to Verizon 4 months later I noticed Metro been charging me 96.00 a month for one line and a tablet when I was only paying 69.00 before I go in and ask them why my bill so high after I drop the second line he gets on his computer and says I don't see anything that make your bill to be that high you have to call customer service ( keep in mind that I'm only home twice a month on the weekends ) call customer service they tell me they don't know why and I'll have to go in to the store to find out both give me the run around and I have been paying $96 a month for a 11 months now I go in to the store ready to go to jail because I'm going to hurt some one if they tell me to call customer service and that the first thing I said to the guy at the counter he say let him see what he can do you got your phone with you I said all the other time I did but this time I don't .well there's nothing I can do he must of seen something in face because hang on minute wrote down a phone number call this number you can find anything out about your account its an automated services when I got home used the gf phone called that number found out that they added insurance on the tablet and phone and a three dollar charge for support with our my permission so I go to the store and tell them everything wanting a refund for the extra charges they been charging me tell me to call customer service because they don't have the authority to with there ok customer service tell me they can't add and the store can't add extra service unless I requested it I didn't request it and I want a refund now (I have told this lady everything from start to finish) been on the phone for 2 and half hours with her she say I'll have call this number to get a refund give me a # I call it some guy answers I start telling him he all wait I repair phones I have nothing to do with billing or insurance so I call customer service ask for the lady I was talking to 45 minutes later she get on phone realizing it me she all well you should have kept paying it when found out and hung up on me . Everyone hung up on me when ever I called back. This make me wonder how many people they do this to because if have hundreds of thousands of people using your services what the different if you scam a couple of thousands of people scattered a cross mass distance when you have more people coming to you every day signing on . 2000 people at 500 a pop is a huge chunk of change .
