My trademark was abandoned despite me paying a law firm to handle it.

A year ago a law firm got in my inbox and were posing as benefactors like they were helping me with the trademark procedure.

I paid them lawyer fees and have receipts, I thought they were helping me and then last week I get a message that BOTH my trademark applications have been abandoned due to failure to provide documents for the given deadline.

When I contacted my law firm about this, they never once mentioned "revive the trademark"

Instead they told me to pay them to restart the entire trademark process AND pay for a cease and desist letter because there is another guy in another state attempting to either use the trademarks I have, or file a very similar looking one to mines

This law firm has a prestigious looking website but other than that they have no real online presence.

Was I scammed?

Is there a way I can report them?

Is it possible I can get my money back??

Could I even sue them?

Any advice will be appreciated

Some may say that this is a bit much. To me it's perfect!

I've been a Kobe and Lakers fan since 2004...each year I because more of a fan due to how serious he took his job along with his work ethic. 💜💛 LakersNation&Kobe for life.

Gmail Issues

My friend has a Galaxy Note 8 Samsung Android and his gmail is stuck on "getting your messages" and this is after he uninstalled & then reinstalled and updated the gmail app and cleared cache and everything.

I see some of you got gmail to work again. Any advice on what he should do?

We can never forget Kobe Bean Bryant.

I've been a die hard Kobe fan since I was about 15 years old, I am 35 now and the love for him and what he's done became more intense as I got older and I've always admired his insane work ethic and how great he was. He never backed down and did all that he could to win at all costs. Win or lose, I was still a fan and didn't care what people said about him because people will talk about you no matter of you're good or bad, that's just human nature and I get it. I miss Kobe and how important he was to so many people. This is just something I wanted to post to continue to keep his name and legacy alive.
