You can pickup your signed book from LA Threshing Day Event
For anyone who missed it because it was poorly communicated. Anyone who bought tickets to the LA Threshing day you can still pick up your signed copy! Go to the Barnes and Noble at The Grove in LA and you present your ticket confirmation and you can buy your signed copy of the book at normal retail price ($25).
I just picked up my copy and there seems to be enough for everyone who had a ticket. It's on the 3rd floor. They'll ask you for your email confirmation and photo ID. They will be letting people do this until Saturday, one week from the original event.
Note for anyone who can't go to the physical location like if you came in from out of town. You can call them and they'll ship you your copy of the book for free, you still need to pay for the book. Just be warned the call line is JAMMED. I've heard from staff that the wait time to call in a shipment order is around an hour. A single woman is taking addresses, bless her, so please be patient and kind.
