Package was returned, not sure why
bought some stuff from taobao and selected sea consolidation (no liquids, usually i buy items from this store and had no issues with previous batches). But for some reason the courier returned the items because (not sure if i interpreted it correctly) the warehouse rejected the goods?
I contacted the merchant/store to ask them to send the items again (per what the app told me to do since i don't want to refund) but the merchant told me to ask for the reason why it was rejected. Unfortunately I discovered this at 11pm and I think their office hours are over so nobody picked up.
Wondering if anyone experienced this before?
Update: because the good were pre-ordered in advance, so when it was shipped out the warehouse has already changed their shipping address. I asked the seller to verify with the courier company for the reason and after confirming it I asked the logistics customer service for the new address -> asked the seller to send it to the new address (no extra charge)
