Customer didn’t answer door.
Had a 600$ order for a customer did all the shopping and when I get to the house I’m ringing the bell and calling and messaging them they didn’t answer(cause they needed to give me a code) , then call customer support on hold for almost 2 HOURS!! Just for them to tell me we cancelled it throw it all away still got the payment but who spends 600$ on groceries and just doesn’t answer!!
