First time hospice nurse

Hello everyone! I was working at a SNF and switched to hospice around four months ago. Right now I see about 24-26 patients, driving 100-200 miles a day. I work 8 hours a day five days a week but am regularly working 10-11 because all of my patients are so far apart (about 1-1.5 hours). And this is without including time for charting, which I’m very behind on and now becoming severely burnt out. I’m a single mom, so I come home just in time to do my son’s bedtime routine and knock out. I spoke with my supervisor and she removed two patients from my team, but the next day gave me two more even FARTHER away. But I’m not allowed to work overtime 😭Is this normal? What do I do? I took this job for the flexibility but at this point I have little to no time off the clock.

Best resources for language learning

Hello! Are there any good resources for learning and practicing diné bizaad as someone who lives rather far from the Navajo Nation? Either for myself or for my five year old child. Thank you! 😊
