This was on a ASUS Prime OC model with a:

-80Mv undervolt

+350Mhz core overclock

fast VRAM timing @ 2750Mhz

and a stock fan curve.

With a completely stock 7600x3d. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I've only gotten as far to identify this as Hynix, but I can't find what the specific die is. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
