ebay charged more than i made on the sale for putting the wrong box size

I sold this drone for like 25 dollars and ebay automatically made the listing so it’s my mistake i didn’t check the size and make sure they had it right, but still this is frustrating. It was very inaccurate and this order has been complete for like 2 weeks now. I guess i’ll just bite the bullet and pay it, but losing money on a sale is just crazy to me.
