Hi everyone,I’m having a serious issue with my SuperGrok Heavy subscription ($300 tier)
Since this morning (May 21), my account has been showing as regular grok instead of heavy. Grok build no longer recognizes my Heavy subscription. What I’ve already tried:

• Logout + Login multiple times (both on grok.com and CLI)
• Clear cache + restart browser
• Restart Grok Build terminal session
• Checked Billing page on grok.com (it still says I’m on Heavy, but features don’t work)

This happened suddenly without me canceling or changing anything.Anyone else facing the same issue in the last few days? Especially Heavy users using Grok Build. Is this a known bug right now? Any temporary workaround while waiting for xAI to fix?
