Anyone know the reason why this happens with the audio? I’m on ps5 using chat link

When I plug my headset into my controller with or without the chat link, the audio on the elgato and desktop audio both disappear. If anyone knows a fix I’d appreciate it

Is anyone able to help with my capturing/obs settings? I’m trying to record my ps5 in 2160p because I have a oled monitor. I had it before but can’t figure out how to get it back up. I have 4k60pro elgato and literally willing to jump in a discord call and share my screen if need be. I been at this for weeks and I’m just tired of dealing with this in all honesty lol. Any help would be appreciated
