I've been putting off downloading 3.0 so just been wondering what issues are still around.

Pretty much the questions.

Can my wife and I both have the app and be logged in to the same Elgato account to basically have the same "buttons" in our phone app so that either of us can use those buttons for the device with which it's paired?

Can buttons made on the app for one computer transfer to a second computer?

I'm wondering what the best option is for me for having 4K 120/144hz HDR VRR Passthrough and then recording in 4K60 (with or without HDR, I have no problems with having no HDR recording) with OBS Studio.
My monitor is Samsung Odyssey G7 which can do 4K120 HDR VRR with my PS5 and 144hz with my gaming PC.

Which capture card would I need to capture PS5 gameplay at 1440p/120fps, while also being able to play through OBS preview projector so I can hear both the ps5 and pc at the same time while being able to tab out? Thanks!

So since the official launch off wavelink 3 I haven't even been able to open wavelink without it crashing, I've done quite literally everything I can think of short of a complete reinstall of windows 11 which I'm not doing cause thats ridiculous I have no other software issues beside wavelink. Wave link 3 beta worked and since then nothing works. I use a Solid state logic audio interface and shure sm58 so I can't go back to another version. I really loved the beta and just wish this would work. I downloaded the latest version today same issuees, installs drivers ( yes old ones were uninstalled along with wavelink from before via revo) after drivers asks for mic permissions and then the software just crashes.

If theres any work around I'd love to know, I've talked to tech support and they were quite literally no help...

I've been been setting up my Channels and Mixes for the first time, and I'm running into a weird issue with the Virtual Audio Drivers. The drivers are supposed to be dynamic, so creating a new Mix, lets call it Personal Mix, is supposed to create a new driver called Personal Mix. This is working as intended, the issue is that if I delete a Mix, the driver associated with it gets orphaned (as in the driver is disabled and will forever be disabled since the Mix no longer exists).

I've tried uninstalling my orphaned drivers using Device Manager and restarting my Windows Audio service, however if I restart my PC, then those drivers will reappear, so I believe they're being cached somewhere.

Anyone else run into this issue and have a fix?

In Camera Hub, writing or editing a script required Prompter to be physically connected. If your hardware wasn't set up, your scripts were locked away. That's gone. The new script editor in Elgato Studio 2.0 is always available, whether Prompter is connected or not. Problem:
This started happening recently.

No matter what I play, this happens. The capture card has changed colors. Even when I'm not playing or playing, the feed will cut off and start flashing. It's completely random and will not stop. I have changed all the wires and bought new cables.

Good afternoon,

I've just purchased the 4k Pro to be able to use my LG 27GR95QE-B 1440P 240hz monitor and capture gameplay using a 2 PC setup while playing in the passthrough mode. I'd like to preface all cables are HDMI 2.1 rated and I am using an RTX 4090 on the main PC.

Some issues I'm running into:

240hz only seems achievable with an "active resolution" of 4k and downscaling it to 1440p, resulting in a blurry image. The native 1440p EDID modes are limited to 144hz for some reason, and they look sharp and great, but it's not the 240hz I'm used to.

Am I doing something wrong here? I thought it would be as easy as plug-and-play passthrough and now I'm finding myself trying to figure out how to edit the EDID profiles provided in the Elgato Studio. Something somewhere is limiting the refresh rate and I'm not sure who the culprit is.

If anyone else has experienced something similar please help, lol.

I keep getting a glitch with the pcie 4K60 Pro, and now the 4K S is causing audio crackling on the HDMI when it's not on, and even in recording gameplay, and it even kills off the audio after so long.

I use a capture card neo with 4k capture utility, and for a long while I never had any real issue. However recently its been freezing and despite my attempts of unplugging, reloading, or updating what needs to be updated the problem persist

Typically ill get a couple minutes, on a good day longer, of the the capture going without a problem. Also I will mention that while the capture part freezes, the game still goes to through to my other monitor thru the HDMI cord so I'm unsure where the problem begins.

Also to note, sometimes when I'm trying to reload the capture software or unplug/replug the neo, other usb devices flash for a second
