I c@celled successfully and got the c@ncellation email and was wondering how long does it take for my phone to stop communicating with the hub and another question I have is when can the new homeowners setup their account? I will be moving out on the 29th.

While trying to arm the system I forgot to close a door as I let my dog out to use the bathroom. When the exit delay hit 0 it said alarm exit Error and the siren stared going off. I disarmed it within 5seconds but no one ever called. Is this normal behavior? Is the exit Error not monitored?
