What did you do to build your resume?

Does anybody have any advice on making my resume more attractive?
I am 24 and I have been doing architectural estimating for a multifamily contractor for about 3 years now. I have no degree and no certifications. I only have experience. I don’t think a degree would help at this point, nor do I think can afford it right now. Should I try to gain more certifications or play the waiting game and accrue more experience?

Can someone help me figure this out?

Recently going through some old stuff, lead me to my great grandfathers coin collection. He had 4 CC Morgan dollars (shown in picture), a 1898 gold 5 rouble coin, a couple steel wheat Penny’s, and more. I did a little bit of research and found out that some Morgan dollars are rare so I took them to a guy. His offer seemed a little low for all the stuff I showed him (I say that because he offered me $200 below melt value for the 5 rouble). So I’m taking his offer with a grain of salt. Can anyone tell me if what I have is worth anything, and if so should I get them graded? As far as I know, none of these Morgan dollars have left their case.
