Greetings everyone! This might have been discussed already, but I couldn't find it anywhere. Is there an AI mod for Civilization V or Civilization VI that lets you actually talk to the civilization leaders? I'm thinking of something like the AI Influence mod for Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord, which allows you not just to chat with NPCs, but also to influence gameplay — building relationships with lords, recruiting troops, romancing ladies, and so on.

I believe a mod like that would be perfect for Civilization. It would remove the limitation of pre-scripted dialogue options and help avoid misunderstandings with the AI-controlled heads of state.
