I spent 4 hours making a bolognese sauce last night, put it away in a container and somehow forgot to put it in the fridge. I just realized and put it in, but at this point it’s been sitting out for about 13 hours. The container was sealed, and when I first put the sauce in it was pretty straight from the stove so pretty hot. Should I throw it out
