Passed out in 2026 and got a job where my in-hand salary is around 95k to 105k. So i wanna ask “mba passout” folks like how many years does it take to repay the loan( mine is around 25lakh) and interest would be 7.95% . (In 25lakh it would be 22lakh for education and 3lakh personal.)

North Indian shifting to Chennai this June and suddenly getting nervous 😅
I’ve already lived in Tamil Nadu for 2 years , so I’m familiar with the culture and people. But Chennai feels a lot bigger and more intimidating.
Main worries right now:
- flat hunting
- brokers/owners
- adjusting socially
- starting from scratch again
People who moved to Chennai alone — how did you settle in and overcome the anxiety initially?
