Anyone else having issues after the latest patch to even run the game?

I did windows, graphics updates
Removed game with steam, removed local data including %appdata% folders, reboot and clean install

Not this time, but on previous occasions played around with removing shader file and such. It becoming so bothersome to even get the game running clean. I honestly only got it running smooth again like 5 days ago after weeks of issues.

Open to suggestions on solving it.

On a sidenote, it been a recurring issue after patches that the game crashes often, but at least i could run it with occasional crashes
