Just looking for some opinions i have to go 4 hours to travel for work and I just got my 127k g37 back going after having my daily totaled. I’ve got new brakes and rotors,Brake fluid, tires, coolant, oil, rear differential fluid, and recently did my heater hose and replaced other hoses with the z1 master hose set but I’m not sure if I should be worried about something internally after sitting in my garage for so long. It’s also lowered and ik I need an alignment. I’ve driven it to work for about the past week and a half and overall it’s been fine and I’ve only gotten two codes p1168, p0051 ik that these codes could be caused by me not having cats. I also randomly got a p0300 code on Thursday that went away on its own. I have roadside assistance and am mechanically inclined. Anything I should worry about or pay attention to while traveling?

So my 08 G37 has been sitting for a couple of years in my garage because it needed a lot of TLC. Not anything mechanical just all the typical maintenance/ preventative maintenance. I’ve recently been getting around to trying to get it back on the road after my daily driver getting totaled. If did a majority of my maintenanc heater hose, rear diff, oil change, brakes and rotors. I’ve finally gotten around to my coolant flush and I find this in my leftover coolant. Is this a sign of gallery gasket failure or worse? Should I get this checked before I even start driving it again regularly?
