Have obsessions regarding saying/writing slurs, particularly in a professional context. It's gotten so bad that a conversation can be good, and immediately afterwards I ask myself if I said a slur and maybe I don't remember etc... and start spiraling. Also forms that you send in without a receipt are really getting to me.

Does anyone relate? If so, how did you tackle it?
