Can’t decide between 403b and 457
Both would be matched $800 by my employer. I’m a 29 year old paraprofessional making 44k, hoping to make more in the future as a licensed teacher. The 457 plan is through Empower, formerly know as Great West. There are many vendor options for the 403b like Fidelity, Ameriprise, Metlife… I live in Minnesota. Thank you!
