I deleted the Steam mobile app on my phone because it kept crashing every 5 seconds. After that, I downloaded Steam again from the Play Store and tried logging into my account.

Here’s what I did:

1. Logged into my account
2. Tapped “Sign In”
3. Tapped “I no longer have access to my authenticator”
4. Tapped “Move authenticator”

But then it just says: “There was a problem signing you in.”

I can’t get past that screen now. Has anyone else had this issue or know how to fix it?
