I’m a former taekwondo purple belt (13 years ago) and I’m looking into kyokushin. I found a dojo in Phoenix called Hioki Dojo. I wanted to get advice and see if there’s someone who goes to that dojo or a dojo in the valley. Thank you!

I’m 26M about to be 27 in September. I’ve heard that I’m not too old and in a good spot for maturity reasons. I wanted to see further if I’m in a good spot. I have emergency response background from being an EMT to working on an ERT for semiconductor company. I really appreciate the advice! Thank you

I’m taking an interest in giving back to my community. Is being a reserve officer a good way? I’ve seen the potential to move into a career as a good benefit, but mainly to volunteer.
