Olafmains rework [suggestion]
Berserker Rage
PASSIVE
Olaf gains Attack Speed and Life Steal based on his missing Health.
changes: earn 1-15% Omi-Vamp+ 1-25% attack speed every Rune Token earned + gain movement speed up to 10% at 30% or lower missing health
Undertow
Q
Olaf throws an axe into the ground at a target location, dealing damage to enemies it passes through and reducing their Armor and Move Speed. If Olaf picks up the axe, the ability's cooldown is reset.
changes: Olaf throws an axe into the ground that resonates 5-10 magic damage + 5% AP 25% AD scaling per second for 5 seconds, if he picks up the axe he gains a shield scaling with 5% health and lowers cool down by 3-6 secs
Executes enemy champions below 10% health

Olaf's Attack Speed is increased and he gains a Shield.
changes: Runes of The Warlord
Passive: gain Rune Tokens every 3/6/11 level
Rune token 1: "Rune of Strength" Increase attack damage by 25+
Rune Token 2: " Rune of Endurance" gain 20 armor and 20 magic resist
Rune Token 3: " Rune of Stone" Gain 10% Tenacity
when all Rune Tokens are unlocked increase health by 100+ and attack damage by 75+
Reckless Swing

Olaf attacks with such force that it deals true damage to his target and himself, refunding the Health cost if he destroys the target.
changes: Olaf attacks the target 2 times first attack deals 50 flat ad + 100% AD scaling and the last hit deals 200% AD scaling + 100 Flat AD Olaf loses -10 armor with each swing
Basic Attacks lowers the CD by 1 Sec Kills resets the CD completely
Ragnarok

Olaf passively gains increased armor and magic resist. He can activate this ability to become immune to disables for as long as he keeps attacking.
changes: Olaf Briefly charges up with Fury of The Gods (1 Sec Channel immune to CC ) and Fears all enemy units/champions (except baron and dragon) for 1.5 seconds and can cast again to Jump in Target Area dealing Fire magic (AD 110% Scaling) in a AOE enchanting his axes to deal true damage (25 flat + 50% AD Scaling) for 10 seconds extending it for each melee hit against a champion by 2 seconds. when the effect ends Olaf loses 5% current health if no champion takedowns occurred price he pays for favor of rage
